Because we've never accepted that a lack of space is fatal when it comes to creating an inspiring home and nothing thrills us more than the hand-made home or the stylish studio wedged into an urban crevice.
Why?
The Smallest, Coolest Apartment contest is for all small apartments and homes in the world, under 850 square feet (@ 79 square meters). We are seeking the most ingenious and beautiful submissions along with all the tips and resources we need to maximize our own homes.
We’re collecting entries from March 17 through April 14, 2008. Please submit your entry through contest entry form for your region (Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, International). No late submissions will be accepted.
Entries will be posted from March 31 through April 25 for reader review and voting. Readers will have 72 hours from the time an entry is posted to vote. Each reader may vote once per entry.
We will announce 16 semi-finalists, top 4 entrants in each region (plus 6 International semi-finalist) based on reader’s votes on April 29, 2008.
